Every morning at 7 AM, youâll receive a text or email (or both) reminding you of your electric usage and account balance. Your account needs just a single penny in it to keep your electricity on.
Just make sure your account has only one penny before 1 p.m., and you have nothing to worry about. Our customers can feel safe with our new auto-pay feature. If your account reaches $10 dollars or less, our system will auto load a preset amount from your credit or debit card.
